PreConnix Health Technologies ("PreConnix", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at preconnix.com and the Reproductive Readiness Assessment (RRA) tool.
PreConnix is registered in Canada and Nigeria. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) in Nigeria.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you use the Reproductive Readiness Assessment, we collect:
- Your first name and email address
- Demographic information (age group, country of residence)
- Health-related assessment responses (menstrual cycle, pregnancy history, lifestyle, mental health, substance use, and environmental factors)
Information generated by the assessment
- Your overall Reproductive Readiness Score and readiness band
- Domain-by-domain percentage breakdown
- AI-generated personalised report content
Information collected automatically
We may collect standard web analytics data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. We do not use invasive tracking or sell data to advertisers.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate your personalised Reproductive Readiness Report (PDF)
- Deliver your report to you via email
- Log your assessment for internal quality improvement and research purposes (anonymised and aggregated)
- Communicate with you about your results if you have opted in to further correspondence
- Improve the assessment tool, AI model prompts, and user experience
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share identifiable health data with insurers, employers, or any external party.
4. Data storage and security
Your assessment data is stored securely using Google Workspace infrastructure (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail), which provides encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorised PreConnix team members only.
AI-generated report content is produced via the OpenAI API. Your assessment data is sent to OpenAI's servers solely for the purpose of generating your personalised report. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. We do not send your name or email address to OpenAI — only your anonymised assessment responses and scores.
5. Data retention
We retain your assessment data for a period of 24 months from the date of submission for quality improvement and research purposes. After this period, data is permanently deleted or fully anonymised. You may request early deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Google (hosting, email delivery), OpenAI (report generation) — under strict data processing agreements
- Legal obligations: If required by law, regulation, or legal process
- Anonymised research: Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be used in published research to advance preconception health knowledge
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data — request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data — request permanent deletion of your assessment records
- Withdraw consent at any time for future communications
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Nigeria Data Protection Bureau

8. Children's privacy
The PreConnix assessment is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
