PreConnix Health Technologies provides an online Reproductive Readiness Assessment tool that evaluates self-reported preconception health data across multiple domains and generates a personalised score and AI-powered report. We also provide educational health content through our website and journal.
3. Not medical advice
The PreConnix Reproductive Readiness Assessment and all associated reports, scores, and recommendations are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The assessment does not measure fertility, ovarian reserve, hormone levels, or clinical reproductive function.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decisions. PreConnix does not replace the care of a doctor, nurse, midwife, or other licensed healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by PreConnix.
4. Eligibility
The PreConnix assessment is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
5. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful responses when completing the assessment
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the assessment tool, scoring algorithm, or AI-generated content
- Not misrepresent your identity or submit assessments on behalf of others without their informed consent
6. Intellectual property
All content on preconnix.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, assessment questions, scoring methodology, AI prompt frameworks, and generated reports — is the intellectual property of PreConnix Health Technologies and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any PreConnix content without prior written permission.
7. AI-generated content
The personalised reports delivered by PreConnix are generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI's language models) based on your self-reported assessment data. While we design our prompts to produce clinically grounded, evidence-based recommendations, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or generalisations. PreConnix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated advice for your specific circumstances.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreConnix Health Technologies, its founders, directors, employees, and clinical advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to reliance on assessment results, AI-generated recommendations, or any health decisions made based on information provided by PreConnix.
9. Availability and modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
